I’ve had experiences with both Jasmin & Holly when they successfully secured mortgages for my husband and I. Jasmin managed to secure a mortgage for us back in 2020 when it was extremely difficult to get one due to Covid. My beauty business stopping meant a lot of lenders didn’t want to know as they wouldn’t take into account my predicted earnings. Jasmin went through many lenders and eventually found us a lender that would look at the bigger picture. She kept us up to date constantly and was at the end of the phone whenever we had any questions. It was very stressful trying to get the mortgage but Jasmin was so determined and so positive throughout, realistic but always optimistic, which was so reassuring. She worked so hard for us and was very professional. Holly secured us a mortgage more recently in 2022. Again she was very optimistic during a time that was very uncertain with high interest rates.
